Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging to qualify for a refund.

• Sale, clearance, and personalized items are final sale.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
• Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after the return is received and inspected.
